 Random thoughts concerning wiki's -

- Say something interesting.  Don't use jargon, assuming that everyone speaks your language

- Update from time to time.  When the last update occurred a year ago, you lose (as in St Joseph & Princeton)

- Libraries that have book reviews should start with 25 or more - then put the wiki up!  Five reviews is not interesting.

- Change the format by adding book covers or pictures, make it interesting

- If you have an opinion, that's great, but why not back it up with some facts, other sites etc

-Don't embrace new technologies just for the heck of it.  Think about how you can best use it to your (or your customers') advantage first and go from there.

-Have the training first and then roll out the product.  You will have far fewer grumpy people.
